Bouvier des Flandres

Overview

Rational, loyal, and gentle, Bouviers are some of the most pleasant dogs around. They are extremely good natured, but don’t let that fool you; when necessary, it will protect its family with great zeal. Bouviers need to be trained well; a Bouvier needs strong leadership from it’s master, otherwise it can begin to think it is the boss, and will be suspicious, and even aggressive. Under the care of an assertive and steady owner, the Bouvier will be gentle, loving, and fun; the perfect family dog.
